What is it?

  • Time per week 60-90 minutes.
  • Equipment: two ten pound dumb bells.
  • Full body mobility and strength.
  • At home workouts.
  • 1 month commitment: two days per week for 30-45 minutes.

The primary goal of this program is to gradually implement strength training into your health, wellness, and exercise routine.

Our aim is to strengthen major muscle groups (Hamstrings, Glutes, Quads, Lats, Chest, Upper Back, and Core). Our aim is also to enhance our mobility and the overall functionality of our body.

Who is it not for?

Not for someone who is injured or unable to perform body weight strength exercises. A good test is two sets of 15 squats and 2 sets of 3-10 push ups; if this is too much or far more than you can do, start with our More Than Average Starter Package—its FREE!
